OVERVIEW
Intricate, critical parts, exacting tolerances and manufacturing to SPC and military standards require the technology, repeatability and experience you will find at AccuTrex Products. We manufacture a wide variety of metal stampings and washers in both short and production-runs. Additionally, we build and maintain all tooling in-house.
As an added benefit to our customers, we maintain a large inventory of standard hole and slot dies for your use, to help control costs. AccuTrex maintains the equipment and technical support to meet your toughest requirements for critical parts with exacting tolerances, including flatness, parallelism and concentricity. Available punch presses range from 5 to 300 tons.
OUR STAMPING PROCESS
Stamping is the most common fabrication process used for type 304 stainless steel washers manufacturing, especially for larger quantities. Stamped parts are consistent, with high repeatability during production. AccuTrex builds and maintains your custom tooling in-house. We also maintain a large inventory of standard OD and ID dies and ring dies that can be used to reduce costs and eliminate extra tooling charges. We provide a full range of stamping services to provide you with a finished part.
